The house was spectacular. We enjoyed the lovely open concept and we could feel the love in all of the wonderful details. I really do hope you get that elevator installed so you can go enjoy it some more yourselves. I want to say that your staff is amazing. Each provided us with the best possible service and really made our experience the best it could be. Belen took care of us like a mother hen, making sure we were completely comfortable. Jose saw to our every need, ever vigilant and anticipating our requests before we even made them. So gracious and so professional. Aureliano is such an accommodating cook. Everything he prepared was so tasty and the presentation was amazing. He even made ceviche from the fish we caught! I could see that Laura was very helpful to him and Belen quietly in the background. Lalo is very helpful for his age as well. The chores he completed were done well and he has such a sweet personality. Would that I could sponsor his educational goals. Lastly, Sonja's recommendation to reach out to Alan to drive for us and coordinate our excursions was spot on. Alan is a magic man, making our requests reality, providing us helpful insights and historical references, and working long hours to make sure we had safe and comfortable transportation to all of our destinations. You have assembled an amazing team, and I'm certain that was no accident. I'm sure you know how very indispensable each of them truly is - worth their weight in gold.
My group of friends travels together often. We've all expressed that this vacation was one of the best we've ever had. PALACE BY THE SEA GUEST SUITES
Beautifully appointed with your comfort and convenience in mind, the rooms are all individually air-conditioned. Three of the suites have private balconies, one opens up to the pool deck and another one sits in the garden.
A grand expansive space encompassing 1130 square feet with breathtaking views from every window. The king bed features an exquisitely hand carved swan headboard which is the centerpiece for the comfortable interior furnishings. The suite includes an elegant sitting area and a tower for romantic moments and watching the sunsets. The bath is appointed with private Jacuzzi, shower and Toto toilet/bidet.

Travel to Palace by the Sea
Located between Acapulco and Puerto Vallarta, Palace by the Sea is a scenic 30 minute drive from Manzanillo International airport (ZLO). Direct flights on American Airlines, Alaska Air, and United Airlines from several U.S. cities (2 1/2 -3 hour non-stop from Phoenix, Houston, Dallas or Los Angeles). If you prefer, La Punta is a 3 1/2 hour toll-way drive from Guadalajara, enabling you to take advantage of lower airfares. We can arrange for a van and driver to bring you to the villa and back (to either airport).
Our rates reflect the quality of a unique villa on a spectacular premier location, including use of our Ford Expedition. Enjoy unequalled spaciousness and beauty. If you are used to, or would like to enjoy luxury and a magical vacation experience, the Palace is where you want to be. Weekly rates (Sat-Sat) for up to 12 persons (adults or children) vary from $4,000-12,000, excluding holidays, depending on the season, number of persons, and time remaining until rental begins.
