The staff at Palace by the sea is AMAZING! They are warm, friendly, and accommodating. They are ever present without being intrusive truly wonderful. They work extremely hard, making sure everything is “Just Right” at all times.

Also, Chef Aureliano deserves additional recognition. Our daughter has Celiac Disease and has an allergic reaction to even the smallest amount of gluten. Aure prepared each meal with great care and expertise to perfection. Something even the best restaurants struggle with. We are so appreciative for all of his efforts.Thank you for sharing your home with us.

I’m grateful for the gift of pause that I felt this week. Not feeling that I even had to think about making my morning cup of coffee. Waking up to the peacefulness of the sun rising and watching the beautiful sun setting each day has been amazing. I will remember the sound of breeze in the trees and the sounds of the waves and the tranquility it has brought me.

I am grateful for the amazing staff who took care of our every needs this week. When I would wake up in the morning to go down to get my coffee, I watched the staff with amazement taking such care and pride of this palace by the sea, always with a smile on their face doing the same thing over and over as if it’s their morning meditation reminding me how lucky I am to have been here. Listening to the birds. Hearing the waves and watching the sun rise is a blessing for me and for that I am full of gratitude.

As we are all well aware health and well being comes first and foremost. I am so deeply grateful to have all been healthy and safe this week. I am soooo deeply grateful to have had this moment of PAUSE with each and everyone of you. I know we have shared in something special that we will never forget.

Finally thank you all from the bottom of my heart and I look forward to our next adventure together. We are blessed and I feel it’s important to say these words of Shehecheyanu as we welcome this Shabbat means everything to me.

Dear Frankie and Howie,

My vacation at the Palace by the Sea was truly magical! I thought the grand entry after arriving was truly spectacular but as I entered the Palace and peered out over the Pacific Ocean the view was breathtaking!! My accommodations were extraordinary, comfortable and fit for a queen! My fishing trip was exhilarating and even more exciting because Beki and Joe joined me on my adventure.

The quiet times were so appreciated to reflect on the activities of the day, life and happiness! The meals were exquisite, margaritas welcoming and I loved the chocolate chip cookies and sorbet! Morning coffee could not have been more awakening as I peered out over the Pacific Ocean and watched the beautiful sunrise! Our shopping excursions with Frankie were fun and full of laughter. I believe Beki and I talked and reminisced my entire visit! Lol!

Our last day at the pool was delightful! The water was perfect, floaties appreciated, whale watching exciting and sunbathing alluring! Our Friday night dinner was amazing! My filet mignon was cooked perfect, the Yukon baked potato delectable, along with the beet salad and dressing, roasted vegetables, mushroom gravy and perfectly paired wine! The carrot cake for dessert was the best I have ever eaten! To top off every evening we had the most beautiful sunsets during dinner which brought a glorious close to our wonderful days together ! Thank you for this forever memorable opportunity!

I can’t thank you enough for this vacation of a lifetime. The six people….. met in 8th grade. To be able to share this experience with dear friends of almost 49 years is a gift we will never forget.

Not only is the home & setting incredible, your staff is the BEST! The home & the setting are spectacular but the staff is what separates this villa from all others. They were perfect in every way. I can’t wait to return. Thank you again for this wonderful opportunity.

I wanted to let you know we had a wonderful trip! All my friends had a memorable week!

Palace by the Sea is a beautiful, comfortable home with breathtaking views. But I must mention without your amazing staff I don’t think we would have as many “bragging “ stories. Lol. I’m sure we had the best, meals, Margaritas, service, and laughs than any other rental home in La Punta. They all were so helpful and accommodating. We hated to have to say “Good Bye”. So until next time we say so long Palace by the Sea, Pilar (best cook ever), Jose, Patty, Carmen and Alvan. Wish we could take you home with us!

Hi Sonja,

We ALL absolutely adored the fresh sea air while at The Palace. The stunning views from the fabulous house never got old and the sunsets and sun rises never disappointed. Sadly, we are all back to the reality of working and cooking our own meals. We are thrilled to report we have RAIN.

Seriously, we cannot say enough about the superb staff. Each and everyone of them were so friendly and accommodating. We love them! They truly made our stay most pleasurable! Jose was ever so accommodating, driving us to shop several times; Not to mention his ‘mean’ margaritas. We loved Pilar’s cooking, and Carmen and Patricia were wonderful as well. With the 4 little ones, they were especially great making quesadillas and food set for young appetites. Alvin was great and the place was sparkling every morning! They all obviously love their jobs! We enjoyed the brief chats with Jean Pierre as well.

I could go on and on, but I am certain you have heard it all….the Palace experience was magical. We loved it. For a group of 11, with 4 littles, we had an absolute ball. It was such a delight for us to share this experience with all of them. My recently widowed sister also had a marvelous time. We were all extremely comfortable and felt grateful for the lovely time together.

We are all going to be fasting from the yummy food. We took a million photos and love re-visiting them all.

Loved Cecelia. She was wonderful. (Alejandro was excellent as well!) I would recommend the yoga gal, Hortensia. She was great. Our manicurist was fab, and patiently did all 4 of us in one day! The outside extra services were fab.Thank you so very much for all of your assistance with everything. We definitely want to return!

Dear Frankie and Howie,

Buddy and I want to thank you for the wonderful week we spent at Palace by the Sea. Your hospitality made us feel like royalty!I can’t find enough superlatives to describe the beauty of the Palace; the incredible food created by Pilar and the care with which the rest of the staff cared for us. We even saw whales from the balcony! It was a week to remember and hopefully repeat in the future.

We really enjoyed our time at the Palace.

We spent most of our time in the pool, or around the card or puzzle table. We appreciated the well equipped gym. Other highlights were the private beach…we even had a picnic lunch there.

The golf was excellent - we went 3 times.

Having a doctor that made house calls was very convenient when my husband had a mysterious ocular event. After we were assured it was not a torn retina, or an emergency, continued to enjoy our vacation. The staff was terrific. Very congenial, supportive and never intrusive.

The home is wonderful. We’ll definitely tell our friends what a great time we had at the palace.

I just wanted to thank you for helping arrange everything, and to thank you all for a wonderful vacation in Mexico. You were absolutely right. We felt no threat at all as we not only enjoyed Manzanillo, but ventured out to Barra de Navidad and Santiago Bay area.

We loved it all! We are so glad that we did not give in to the fear rumors about Mexico. We found the people to be wonderful and friendly. We especially loved the staff at the Palace. It was such a beautiful place to relax and regroup after a very busy summer schedule.

Thank you, and please thank Howie and Frankie, for sharing their beautiful Mexican home. We have many fond memories, and tons of photos. J. did 4 paintings while there, and photos could result in more. Our kids, their spouses, and friends enjoyed it all as well. Thanks again.
